What can I create for free?
Create up to three tasks per UTC day, shared across tools. FLUX 3 Image Klein supports 1K, 2K and 4K with up to ten references. A shared service spending limit and model availability also apply. Other models have their own free settings.
Do I need an account or a credit card?
No. Start creating without an account or payment. Optional Google sign-in connects your allowance and recent creations to your account; it does not increase the daily allowance.
When does my free allowance reset?
The shared daily allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. Unused daily creations do not roll over. Switching tools or signing in does not create an additional allowance.
Can I buy a plan now?
Prices and credit allowances are confirmed. Checkout and paid features are still being prepared, so subscriptions and credit packs cannot be purchased yet. Free creation remains available.
How do credits work?
Video, image and audio tools share one credit balance. Each model and configuration has its own credit cost. All paid plans and credit packs unlock the same supported model and quality options, including up to 1080p video and 2K or 4K images where supported. Plans differ in credits and concurrent tasks. Paid tasks have priority over waiting free tasks; supplier processing times still vary. Examples are alternatives, not additional allowances. Review the full quote before generating.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is available for Pro and Ultra. The annual total is charged once per year, with 1,000 or 3,000 credits released each month in 12 grants, not all at once. Starter is $9.99 billed monthly with 500 credits per month, even when viewing yearly prices. Applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Do credits expire?
Monthly subscription credits roll over for one month and expire on the second monthly billing anniversary after issue. One-time credit packs last 12 months. The earliest-expiring credits are used first. Daily free creations do not roll over.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. The one-time pack includes 450 credits for $9.99, requires an account and does not renew automatically. It uses the same available paid models and output options.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Cancel the next renewal while keeping the current paid period and valid credits. Plan and billing-period changes take effect at the next billing cycle. One-time packs can provide extra credits without changing a subscription.
What are the paid-generation and refund rules?
Paid credits are reserved before generation and charged after a validated result is delivered. Technical failures return credits. Undelivered requests release credits after two hours while the original supplier task is reconciled. Completely unused orders are eligible for a refund within 14 days; mandatory consumer rights take priority.
Does a failed generation use my allowance?
A confirmed failed generation returns its reserved allowance. A request still being processed or awaiting confirmation keeps its reservation until its status is resolved. Check the original request instead of submitting it again.
How long can I download my creations?
Completed creations are available in My Work for 24 hours. Download the files before they expire, using the same browser session or the account connected to that creation.
How are uploaded files stored?
Local source copies are deleted after processing or within one hour. FLUX 3 references go directly to BFL. Other models use APIMODELS, which can retain public source links for up to 30 days. Do not upload sensitive files. See the Privacy Policy.
