Flux3Klein is the website name at flux3klein.com. The existing Rendastic Studio service and billing name remains in use; Stripe card payments use the RedditSonar merchant account.
Site visits and browser storage
Our server handles page delivery, studio requests and abuse prevention. Hosting infrastructure processes IP addresses, request paths, browser details and timestamps. No advertising tags, third-party analytics or session replay are enabled. Infrastructure logs may be retained; this is not a promise of zero logging.
We keep first-party daily counts of page views, source categories and actions such as opening the studio, choosing a model, generating, downloading and opening checkout. These counters are stored on our server for 30 calendar days and aggregated by page and event. They do not store IP addresses, account or visitor identifiers, email, prompts, uploaded files, URL query strings or fragments, and do not set analytics cookies. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Counts are browser observations rather than unique-user counts or verified payments.
Functional cookies associate tasks, daily allowance and optional account sessions with your browser. Account sessions last up to 30 days unless revoked earlier. Drafts, selected settings and pending task identifiers are kept in browser session storage to recover work after a reload. Prompts submitted from the homepage pass to the editor through tab-scoped storage, rather than a navigation URL.
Optional Google sign-in
Google authenticates your account. We request only basic identity scopes: OpenID, email and profile. Our server verifies Google's signed identity response and keeps the Google account identifier, verified email and basic account name needed to associate your work and purchases. We do not request Gmail or Drive access, store Google access or refresh tokens, or use your profile photo.
Signing in connects anonymous tasks and allowance to your account; it does not create extra daily allowance or paid credits. Signing out revokes the website session. To request account-data access or deletion, contact support@flux3klein.com. We verify ownership and explain any records that must remain for billing, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
AI providers and source files
When you generate or edit, our server receives your prompt, settings and selected media. FLUX 3 image tasks use Black Forest Labs' official API. Reference images are sent directly in that request. Other models and prompt enhancement use APIMODELS. Source-based tasks on those models can create public provider links retained for up to 30 days. Do not submit confidential or sensitive files.
APIMODELS also handles input safety checks and image or sampled-video output checks, including for FLUX 3 tasks. Audio has input checks; we do not promise audio-output classification. Automated checks can refuse a task and do not guarantee that every harmful output will be detected.
Provider terms govern their processing and retention. Local deletion does not guarantee deletion of provider copies. Review BFL's privacy information and the selected provider's terms.
Payments and support
When checkout is enabled, the selected provider (Waffo or Stripe) processes payment, billing and receipt information on its hosted checkout. Stripe checkout receives your account email and purchase reference to process the order. Stripe card payments for Rendastic Studio use the RedditSonar merchant account; Stripe is the payment processor. We keep account and purchase identifiers, plan, amount, currency, payment status, signed payment-event references and the credit ledger needed to fulfill and reconcile purchases. Card details are entered with the payment provider; our studio does not collect full card numbers.
Support email uses Microsoft 365. Microsoft processes the messages and attachments you send to our support mailbox. Support and financial records may remain longer than generated files to resolve requests, refunds, disputes and legal recordkeeping. Avoid unnecessary sensitive details in support messages.
Retention, deletion and external services
Private source files on our server are deleted after processing or within one hour. Generated result files expire after 24 hours. Task history remains for seven days, with up to 40 displayed records. Download files you need and use the studio's task and upload deletion controls. Provider task and cost records remain for recovery and spending controls.
The optional official Hugging Face demo is an external link. If opened, its prompts, media and account data are governed by Hugging Face's privacy policy and that demo's configured services. Copy-prompt controls write to your clipboard only after activation.
